Our job is to help clients find peace and relief from life's challenges. Help is available for a wide spectrum of conditions – for adolescents and adults.  Listed below, are just to name a few.

Anxiety

We work with individuals who have battled with various types of anxiety, whether due to a traumatic event, a difficult past, genetics or no perceivable cause. We together, can help you to work through this.

Depression

We have experience with those who battle with depression, whether mild, moderate or severe. We can help you to find ways to work through this and help you to enjoy your life again.

Substance Abuse

As Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors, we can help you to break the cycle and achieve your goals, if you are willing and ready. If you are not willing and ready, we can explore what holds you back. If this is an area you don't wish to focus on, we will also respect that.

Self acceptance

Each one of us is the sum of our experiences - both positive and negative.  Self-acceptance is also ever-changing for many individuals.  Through therapy, we can help you come to terms with the many parts of yourself and help you to discover self-acceptance. 

Life adjustments

Sometimes life simply gets chaotic and crazy (or life never stops being crazy and chaotic) and we need a non-biased support to help us process and adapt to the many changes. Whether this be due to loss, career changes, familial changes or something else.
